3. Recording Modes
Intelligent Auto Plus Mode allows you to adjust the settings below while also using
Intelligent Auto Mode for other settings.

Auto Focus, Face/Eye Detection, and Face Recognition
The Auto Focus Mode is automatically set to [

]. If you touch the subject, the AF tracking
function will work.
• The AF tracking function will also work if you press [

shutter button halfway.

Scene Detection
• Use a tripod or similar support when the scene detection has been identified as [

than normal.

The Backlight Compensation
When there is a backlight, the subject appears darker and the camera will automatically
