TVM50: Select "TVP200-1"
TVM200 AL, NZ, SP, NL, JT, G, SE: Select "TVP200-1"
All other TVM200 models: Select "TVP300"

Select

 the card (101: DLC/DHLC for jacks 1-8; 104: DLC/DHLC for jacks 9-12) which
