Account Code Entry Mode
Description
There are three account code modes: Option, Verified-All Calls and Verified-Toll Restriction
Override. This programme determines the mode to be used by each Class of Service (COS).
Option mode:
The user can enter any account code, if needed.
Verified – All Calls mode:
The user must always enter a pre-assigned account code to make an outside call.
Verified – Toll Restriction Override mode:
The user must enter a pre-assigned account code when the user needs to override toll
restriction.

COS number: 1 through 8, ( =all COS)

Option / Verify – All (Verified-All Calls) / Verify – Toll (Verified-Toll Restriction

Programming
1.
Enter 508.
Display: Call Accounting
2.
Press NEXT.
Display: COS NO?
3.
Enter a COS number.
To enter COS number 1, you can also press NEXT.
Display example: COS1:Option
4.
Keep pressing SELECT until the desired selection is displayed.
5.
Press STORE.
6.
To programme another COS, press NEXT or PREV, or SELECT and the desired COS
number.
7.
Repeat steps 4 through 6.
8.
Press END.
Conditions
•
To assign all COS to one selection, press the key in step 3. In this case, the display shows
the contents programmed for COS 1.
