[Disconnect]
when ending a landline call, even if the other party hangs up first.
Otherwise the connection to the landline will not be disconnected.

If the hub is busy when you try to make a landline call, you may hear a busy tone.

Mobile call features are not available when using iPad or an Android device that does not support
mobile calls.
Calling contacts

Tap the desired contact and then select the desired phone number if necessary.

Other features available during landline calls
The following features are available while talking on a landline call.
Keypad
Tap
[Keypad]
during a call if you need to enter numbers, such as when navigating a call center’s voice
guided menu system. To hide the keypad, tap
[Cancel]
.
For “pulse” or “rotary” line users (certain models only)
If hub is configured to use pulse dialing (see “Landline settings”, Page 81), you can use tone dialing
during a call as needed (e.g., when navigating a voice guidance system or entering an account number)
by first dialing

Audio output
Tap
[Audio Source]
(iPhone, iPad) or
[Speaker]
(Android devices) to select a different audio output
device.
Mute
Tap
[Mute]
during a call to mute your mobile device’s microphone so that the other party cannot hear
you. Tap
[Mute]
again to turn the mute off.
Hold
Tap
[Hold]
during a call to place the call on hold. Tap
[Hold]
to return to the call.
Flash/recall
Tap the flash/recall icon during a call to use your landline phone service’s recall feature, such as to
answer a second call or to switch between two different calls.
