Set SCSI ID and Terminator on the DIP Switch whose layout is shown on Fig. 4.5.1.

Referring to the following Fig. 4.5.2, be sure to set a scanner´s SCSI ID number of the DIP Switch, different from the other SCSI
device in the SCSI chain.

It is not until restarting the PC after restarting the scanner that Setting "SCSI ID" will be activated.

Terminator
According to the SCSI interface condition, set the Terminator (TERM) ON or OFF.
Note
1.
If the scanner is the last or the only device in the SCSI chain, the terminator should be set to "ON".
2.
It is not until restarting the PC after restarting the scanner that Setting "Terminator ON or OFF" will be activated.
