The scanner cannot communicate with
the scan server.
Check scan server's login status and
check the connection with the scan
server.
If the host name is set as the computer
name, try to input the IP address
instead.
Check that Image Capture Plus (version
3.7 or later) is installed on the scan
server.
C61
Image Capture Plus cannot be used
with the specified scanner settings to
scan via the Scan Server. To use the
specified settings, content from the
server option CD-ROM must be installed
and set up the scan server.
Purchase the server option CD-ROM
(Product number: KV-SS094).
C62
The scan server registered cannot be
used.
Use the Scan Server Setting Tool to
configure the server.
C63
Image Capture Plus cannot be used
with the specified scanner settings via
"Scan to PC". To use the specified
settings, optional CD-ROM content must
be installed.
Purchase the optional CD-ROM
(Product number: KV-SS092 or
KV-SS093).
C64
Image Capture Plus cannot be used
with the specified output settings. To use
the specified settings, the latest version
of Image Capture Plus is required.
Install the latest version of Image
Capture Plus.
