Click [Execute].

If a message about using the AC adapter with the conversion
Assist Function is displayed, follow the instructions on the
screen.

When the confirmation message is
displayed, click [Yes].
Recording now begins, and the status is shown with the
progress indicator and thumbnails.

Recording will take some time. Do not operate the computer
until recording is finished.
●
When recording in BD or AVCHD format and [Make seamless
recording even though the recording modes are different] is set
in [Tools]
→
[Settings] – [Movie] – [Copy to media] – [AVCHD]
– [Seamless setting during SD or DVD writing], a confirmation
message is displayed because recording will take a long time. If
you want to continue with the displayed time, click [Yes].

With media other than DVD-R/RW and BD-R discs, recording
can be stopped by clicking [Cancel]. With DVD-R/RW and BD-R
discs, recording can be stopped by clicking [Cancel] when
changing discs or during data conversion. Recording cannot be
stopped when data is being written.
When recording to a disc
●
Content that does not fit on a single disc will be split and
recorded over multiple discs. Follow the instructions displayed to
switch to a new disc.
●
The remaining copy time displayed while copying is the
approximate time for a single disc.
