M otion pictures or still pictures recorded w ith this unit can be copied from a built-in m em ory to

an SD card inserted in this unit.

C heck the used space of the SD card

It is possible to check the used space of the SD card by [M ED IA STATU S] (

45).

D epending on the m edia condition, som e rem aining capacity of the SD card m ay not be

used.

If the rem aining capacity on a single SD card is not enough, you can copy to m ultiple SD

cards follow ing the instruction on the screen. In this case, the last scene copied to an SD

card is autom atically divided to fit the space on the SD card.

If you divide the scenes (

71), and copy by scene selection, it is possible to copy

m atching the rem aining capacity of the SD card, or only the necessary parts.

If there is not m uch rem aining capacity in the SD card, a confirm ation m essage asking to

copy after deleting all data on the SD card is displayed. Be aw are that deleted data cannot

be restored.

C hange the m ode to .

U se a sufficiently charged battery or the AC adaptor.

Select the m enu.

Follow ing the screen display, select the desired item using the

cursor button, and press the EN TER button.

Select

and press the EN TER button to return to the previous screen.

(W hen [SELEC T SC EN ES] is selected)

W hen you press the EN TER button, the scene/still picture is selected and indication

appears on the thum bnail. Press the EN TER button again to cancel the operation.

(W hen [SELEC T D ATE] is selected)

W hen you press the EN TER button, a date is selected and surrounded by red. Press the

EN TER button again to cancel the operation.

U p to 99 scenes/still pictures or 99 dates can be set in succession.

If 2 or m ore SD cards are necessary to copy, change the card follow ing the instructions on

the screen.

Press the M EN U button w hen the copy com plete m essage is

displayed.

The thum bnail view of the copy destination is indicated.
