Before operating this oven, please read these instructions completely.

If you have never used a Microwave/Convection Oven before, you will realise that
a Microwave/Convection Oven uses a totally different method of converting energy
into heat. This requires an understanding of what exactly happens to food when
placed in the oven.
After reading the introductory chapter, I am sure you will be able to master the
basic technique and thereby develop a firm understanding of your new oven.
This book includes recipes from starters to desserts.
