8.3.3 Split systems: Electrical connection between hydro module and outdoor unit

Cut into the cable gland in a cross shape using a knife .
➤
Route the cables through the enclosed cable gland to prevent
the cables being damaged by sharp edges .
➤
Secure the cable using the cable clamp and ties as shown in the
figure . Ensure that the cables cannot come into contact with hot
device parts .
➤
Connect the cables to the terminal strip .
Make sure you use the correct connections .
➤
Connect the outdoor unit as described in section 5 .1 .
➤
Lay the connection cables through the wall penetration from the hydro
module to the outdoor unit .
➤
Open the outdoor unit as described in section 5 .1 .

Ensure that the outdoor unit and hydro module are disconnected from
the power supply before you perform the steps listed below .
