6.3 Self-diagnostic Error
The self-diagnostic errors related to the FP-XH Expansion Analog Unit are shown in the
following table.

E27 Restrictions on the
number of units
installed Stop The number of the installed units exceeds the limitation.
Turn off the power and check if the number of units is within
the limitation.
E42 I/O verification
error Select The power supply to the FP-XH Expansion Analog Unit.is
turned OFF or the expansion cable is disconnected.
Use the special data registers DT90010 and DT90011 to
check the Expansion Unit whose connection state has been
changed. Alternatively, check the fitting state between the
power supply terminal and the expansion connector.

sequence error Operation stops The power supply to the Expansion Unit was turned ON
later than that to the Control Unit. Turn on the power supply
to the Expansion Unit earlier or at the same time as the
Control Unit power supply.
