2.1.4.2 Setting Up the PC
1. From the Start Menu, click Programs/Accessories/Hyperterminal to open the Hyperterminal window.
Note: If this is the first time that Hyperterminal has been launched, a Location Information window will pop up (see
Figure 12 below). Enter any area code, and then click OK.

2. A New Connection window appears (see Figure 13 below). Enter a name for the New Connection. Click OK.
