[Adjustment of "Minimum" Capacity]
(1) Open the hot water tap gradually until the water heater ignites at the minimum operating water
flow.
(2) Push the Adjusting Button on the PC Board. ([LH] is displayed on the LED of remote control.)
(3) Continue to pushing the Adjusting Button, push the “Min.” Button on the PC Board. (The
current figure [01 ~ 39] is displayed on the LED of remote control.)
(4) At the condition that the Adjusting Button is continue to pushing , you can change the test gas
pressure by pushing the “Min.” Button every time. Change the figure until the same original
minimum figure is displayed on the LED of remote control.
(5) Make sure the manifold pressure by the manometer and compare with the adjusted figure at
the factory on the front plate. If not the same, using the manometer, adjust the minimum
manifold pressure to the standard pr (plus) the previous measured fan pressure of
minimun capacity.
[Example]: Every time you push the “Min.” Button, the display number changes as follows.

(6) Detach from the “Min.” Button and then from the Adjusting Button in this order.
[Adjustment of "Maximum" Capacity]
(1) Open the hot water tap fully.
(2) Push the Adjusting Button on the PC Board. ([LH] is displayed on the LED of remote control.)
(3) Continue to pushing the Adjusting Button, push the “Max.” Button on the PC Board. (The
current figure [01 ~ 39] is displayed on the LED of remote control.)
(4) At the condition that the Adjusting Button is continue to pushing, you can change the test gas
pressure by pushing the “Max.” Button every time. Change the figure until the same original
maximum figure is displayed on the LED of remote control.
(5) Make sure the manifold pressure by the manometer and compare with the adjusted figure at
the factory on the front plate. If not the same, using the manometer, adjust the maximum
manifold pressure to the standard pr (plus) the previous measured fan pressure of
maximum capacity.
