GENERAL INFORMATION
This handbook is an essential, integral part of the product. Read the
instructions and warnings in this manual carefully as they provide
important information regarding safe installation, operation and
maintenance.
The technical notes and instructions herein are intended for
the installers, guiding them in carrying out a proper and correct
installation of the device.
The company has the right to modify or improve the product and
the relative technical data and documentation at any time, without
notifying the customer in advance.
The module is intended for connecting a biomass generator to the
existing plant, based on the configurations envisioned herein.
It is forbidden to use the machine for other uses than those specified.
The manufacturer is not liable for any damages arising from improper,
incorrect and unreasonable use or failure to comply with the instructions
herein.
The design, installation, maintenance and any other intervention should
be carried out respecting the standards in force and the indications
given by the manufacturer. Te manufacturer is not liable for damages
to persons, animals or things due to incorrect installation.
The module is supplied in a cardboard packaging, after removing the
packaging, check the device for any deteriorations and make sure you
received all the items. In case of discrepancy contact the Manufacturer.
The packing elements (fasteners, plastic bags, expanded polystyrene,
etc.) must be kept out of the reach of children as they may be dangerous.
Before proceeding with any intervention, disconnect the module from
the power supply by setting the external switch to “OFF”.
The repairs should be carried out by qualified technicians, using original
spare parts. Failure to comply with the indications above might affect
the device’s safety, releasing the manufacturer from any responsibility.
To clean the external parts turn off the module by setting the external
switch to “OFF”. Clean the device using a cloth dampened in water and
soap. Do not use aggressive detergents, insecticides or toxic products.
INSTALLATION WARNINGS
Failure to comply with the warnings might result in possible serious
damages to systems, objects and animals and under specific
circumstances in possible deathly lesions to persons .
The device should be mounted only by qualified staff, fully aware of the
requirements applicable in the product’s Country of installation.
Make sure the installation environment and the systems to which the
device is connected comply with the legislation in force.
Make sure the workplace meets the hygienic-sanitary rules in terms of
lighting, ventilation and stability. When mounting or servicing the device,
use suitable manual tools and equipment and make sure the fittings are
in proper condition and fastened correctly.
When using electrical equipment, make sure it is appropriate and that
the supply cable is in perfect condition, with the plug fixed correctly. Do
not obstruct the passage of the cable.
Make sure the portable ladders used for installing
the device are resistant and stable on the ground and that the stairs
are intact and not slippery. During work, wear the individual protective
equipment and clothing. Handle the material and equipment safely and
easily without piling them as they might collapse or fall.
Move the device carefully, using the appropriate protections.
Mount the module on a solid wall, not subjected to
vibrations. When drilling holes into the wall pay attention not to
deteriorate any pre-existing pipes.
Before proceeding with any maintenance intervention on the electrical
components, cut off the power supply
Carry out the wirings using conductors of appropriate section. If you
sense burning smell or you see smoke coming out of the device, cut
off the power supply and open the windows
Before handling the parts that might contain hot water, empty them by
activating the relative relief valves.
Restore all safety and control functions concerned by an intervention on
the device and check its operation before reusing it.
During mounting make sure the open ends of the ducts are protected
against any dirt.
Versions
This manual refers to products supplied in standard configuration.
However there might be versions in which some parts or functions
differ from those described herein. If the functions of your device do not
correspond to the ones described herein, pay attention to the common
safety standards for usage of machineries or products containing
powered or hot parts.
