1.9 Technical assistance and maintenance
Palazzetti has a dense network of service centres
with specialised, trained and skilled technicians.
The headquarters and our sales network is at your
disposal to direct you to the nearest authorised
service centre.
1.10 Spare parts
Use only original spare parts.
Do not wait until the components are worn by use
before proceeding to their replacement.
Replace a worn component before its breaking
favours the prevention of accidents arising from
accidents caused by the sudden breakage of
components which may cause serious damages
to persons and objects.
1.11 Serial plate
The serial identification plate (

) is positioned on
the rear (

) and shows all the characteristic
data relating to the appliance, including details
of the Manufacturer, the Serial number and brand

The Serial number must always be indicated for
any type of request regarding the appliance.
1.12 Delivery of the appliance
The appliance is delivered perfectly packaged and
fixed to a wooden platform which allows handling
it using fork lift trucks and/or other means.
The following material accompanies the
appliance:
• manual for use, installation and main-
tenance;
• bar code label;
• display booklet.
