INSTALLATION
With coupler sitting on the ground and positioned
as shown, align the end of the machine stick.

Slowly lower machine stick into place until the pin
holes of the stick and coupler are aligned. Make
sure any OEM o-rings are reinstalled as required.
Install OEM pin and secure with locking hardware.
Slowly lower machine link into place until the pin
holes of the link and coupler are aligned.
Install OEM pin.
Secure pin using locking hardware.
STEP 5
Remove attachment from machine and set aside
the OEM pins and pin locking hardware. The OEM
pins will be used to install the coupler to the
machine.
The pins and pin locking hardware provided with
the coupler are to be used in the attachment.
Install coupler hydraulic kit onto machine.
Refer to the JRB Hydraulic Kit Manual for
your specific machine for installation
instructions.
Connect hydraulic hoses from the machine
to the coupler cylinder.
Start engine and rotate coupler to full curl
position.
Cycle coupler cylinder several times to purge
any air from the system. Check for proper
hydraulic connection, hose routing and hose
length. Check for proper assembly, installation
and hydraulic leaks.
