Machine Features

he build-in operation manual in the system is very easy and well documented for any new
trainee to follow. This system reduces the training time for the new operator and can learn to
operate it within a few minutes.

he build-in trouble-shooting feature reduces the repair time for system breakdown. Operator
can easily follow the instruction on the screen to solve the problems.

ser- friendly design to the set label length, any different size of label can be easily detect with a
gentle touch. This unique setting can assure the accuracy of each label, it will not be affected by
the error from previous memory setting (Since the space between each label has a slight
difference, the error will not accumulate during the labeling process). The set up process is very
simple for new trainee.

ith the function of label counter, you can easily monitor the current status of labeled quantity from
the control screen.

ith the function of batch counter, you can preset the total labeling quantity. The machine will
auto-stop when it reach the preset quantity. This feature is easy for quantity management in the
production line.

ith the function label position delay, you can easily adjust the position of label by setting the
time delay to correct label position.

issing label auto-stop system can avoid any missing the label on products for manufacturers to
easily do their quality control during the production process.

he height of conveyor from floor is within 900mm~1150mm for standard machine, also can be
designed at customer's specifications.

he design of the entrance of the conveyor contains the separator wheel or side pressure to
divide each bottle apart from each other to make sure the correct position for each labeling
process. By adjusting the guide rail, different size of bottles can be labeled.

he design of the Top Hold Down it can press and fix the bottle on the conveyor.
When the bottle passes through the side pressure station its position is corrected and the top
hold down will press it down for stable label application. It also holds the bottle for the sponge
rollers to press the labels to a flat and even finish.

oot-stand designed by square-shaped, small footprint with moveable wheel feature. It is ready
to operate as an independent machine or connection with other in-line machine for flexibility.
