Trouble Shooting
PROBLEM 1: LABEL LENGTH CAN NOT BE SET
A:
LABEL SENSOR WAS NOT ADJUSTED PROPERLY
1.
Inspect the condition of label sensor. If the two lights (green & red)
Are set properly, refer to “Sensitivity adjust instruction of label sensor”
2.
If label length still cannot be set, replace the label sensor or sensor box.
B.
STEPPING MOTOR DOES NOT WORK
1.
Inspect the connection wire. If the connection wire is not connected, connect and re-set
the labeling applicator.
2.
If it is not the problem of connection wire, notify maintenance people.
PROBLEM 2: LABELING MORE THAN ONE LABEL AT ONCE
A:
SENSITIVITY OF LABEL SENSOR
1.
The sensitivity of label sensor is too weak; as a result, sensor cannot
(or sometime cannot) respond on label.
2.
Kindly re-set the sensitivity of label sensor. (Please refer to sensitivity
Adjusting instruction of label sensor)
B:
LABEL LENGTH WAS SET TOO LONG
1.
Please reset the label length.
PROBLEM 3: LABEL WILL NOT COME OUT
A.
Inspect the object sensor has responds on product. If not, adjusting the
sensitivity of object
sensor until the label is coming out. If label still can not come out by adjusting object
sensor, inspect the wire or replace new one.
B.
The “labeling” bottom of Labeling Set was not turned on yet. Please Turn “On” the labeling
bottom of labeling set.
C.
The protect fuse of step motor driver was burned out, replace new fuse.
D.
The wire of stepping motor or driver is damaged. Notify maintenance people
PROBLEM 4: LABEL IS SLANTING, NOT ON RIGHT POSITION
A.
Bottle is not even.
B.
Label is obliquely on base paper when label made.
C
. The slanting occurred when labeling.
Note 1: To improve the bottle and label if problem found is A & B.
Note 2: To adjusting applicator to appropriate position if problem found is C.
