Trouble shooting
PROBLEM 5: LABEL WILL NOT STICK ON PRODUCT
A. LABEL COMES OUT TOO LATE
Slowly adjust the object sensor forward to dispensing plate until label is coming out on
time.
B. LABEL COMES OUT NOT SMOOTHLY
Check whether the PU rubber (with a lock) in the label applicator is lock or not. If not,
please kindly lock it. If labels still come out not smoothly.
When locked, check with the PU rubber whether lock tightly by turning the PU rubber. If
not, kindly loosen the screw in the lock of the PU rubber and adjust backward slowly
until it was tight enough when you lock it again.
C. STEPPER MOTOR
Check whether stepping motor was running with noise. If so, please check the connecting
wire, belt and other spare part to see if that are damaged.
Kindly replace new stepper motor if damaged.
D. PRODUCT & LABEL
Check whether product surface is too wet or smooth or label is not gummed
PROBLEM 6: NO SCREEN READOUT
A.
Check whether power was turned on or not.
B. Check whether the connection wire was took off or damaged.
C . Check whether the fuse was burned or not
PROBLEM 7: CONVEYOR DOES NOT WORK
A . WILL NOT RESPOND ON TOUCH SCREEN
1. Please re-start the machine.
B. CONVEYOR MOTOR
1. Gearwheel belt took off or wire damaged.
