Drive PU & Aluminum Roller Adjustments
Step 1.Turn on the power. Then turn the
lever to make the aluminum roller
in contact with the drive PU roller
Step 2. Check the in between of the drive PU
roller and the aluminum roller whether
intact tightly or not (try to hold and rotate
aluminum roller if intact tightly,
proceed to step 4, if not proceed to step 3
Step 3. If you see the rollers were not intact
tightly, proceed to step 6
Step 4.To turn the aluminum pressure roller
by hands. Then condition is all right
when the roller does not turn. Proceed
to step 5 when roller is turned
Step 5. When the lever is locked into the proper position, check if the drive PU roller is moving along
with the aluminum roller. If the contact is very tight to the point the drive PU roller is not
vertical, pull back the lever a little bit until the drive PU roller is vertical and the aluminum
roller is touching the surface of the PU roller. Then loosen the A and B screws and turn the
lever to the proper lock position. Tighten the A & B screws.
Step 6.Loosen A & B then pull the lever away from the fixed shaft. Tighten the A& B screws. Lock the
lever and check if the aluminum roller and the drive PU roller are pressed together correctly. If
not repeat this step again. If too tight see step 5.
Warning
If the aluminum roller is not tightly pressed against the drive PU roller, the labeling will be inaccurate.
Inaccurate label position causes inaccurate labeling. If the aluminum roller is pressed too tight, it will
cause the drive PU roller to wear and crack.
