Replacement of chain lock
See figure 3, 4 and 5.
1.
Remove the chain pouch (figure 3)
.
2.
Remove the chain lock (figure 4). Press the “up”
button and operate the chain out of the hoist.
3.
Use the “down” button while pulling in a new chain until
the old chain comes out of the hoist.
4.
Bind the hook block to the new chain.
5.
Remove the chain stop ball (figure 5) and set a new one
on the new chain by re-using the chain pin.
Replacement of hitch
on hoist housing
See Figure 6.
1.
Adjust the two holes on the hitch so
they align with the holes in the hoist
housing.
2.
Fit two clevis bolts with flat round
heads, washers and lynch pins.
3.
Remove them in reverse order.
