Warranty
The Pollux CL product family is warranted for one (1) year from the date of
purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the product proves to be defective
during this warranty period, OZRAY Co., Ltd. will, at its discretion, either repair or
replace the product at no cost. In the case where a new device is to be provided
but the product has been discontinued, a product with similar or better
performance capabilities and features will be provided. This warranty shall not
apply to any damage, defect or failure caused by improper use or inadequate
maintenance of the product.
CE Compliance
This EC-Declaration of Conformity is following the provision of EMC Directive
2014/30/EU and RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU. It is confirmed that a sample of the
product has been tested and found in conformity with below standard(s) :
• EMI - EN 55022:2010/AC:2011
• EMS - EN 55024:2010/A1:2015
• Class A
• RoHS - EN 50581:2012, IEC 62321-3-1:2013
All OZRAY Co., Ltd. products bearing the CE mark have been declared to be in
conformance with the applicable EEC Council Directives. Note that the use of
interconnect cables that are not properly grounded and shielded may affect CE
compliance
