MAINTENANCE
Battery Charge Indicator
•
The impact driver is equipped with a battery charge
indicator (5) to show the state of the battery charge
(Fig. 15).
•
Press the variable speed switch (2).
•
Look to see which LED lights are illuminated (Fig. 15).
•
When all three lights are illuminated, this indicates that
the battery (6) is fully charged and ready to use.
Note:
The green LED light will slowly fade as it looses charge.
•
The green LED light then goes off and only the orange and red LED lights are
illuminated. This indicates that the battery has only low charge and requires
charging soon.
•
When ONLY the red LED light is illuminated, this indicates that the battery (6)
requires immediate charging.
LED Light
•
The impact driver has 1 built-in LED light (4). The LED is
located above the battery charge indicator (5) (Fig. 16).
•
The LED light (4) illuminates automatically when you
depress the variable speed switch (2).
•
The LED light illuminate dark areas in tight corners to
assist with screw driving. This help you see the work
piece to achieve more accurate results.
•
When not in use, the tool should be stored in a dry, frost free location, out of
reach of children.
•
Keep ventilation slots of the tool clean at all times and prevent any foreign matter
from entering.
•
If the housing of the tool requires cleaning, do not use solvents but a moist soft
cloth only.
•
Blow out the ventilation slots with compressed air periodically.
