The impact wrench does not perform effectively.
- Check that the air inlet is free of any dirt or blockages.
- Ensure the wrench is lubricated properly.
- Check that the pressure on the air compressor is within the
operating range of the tool. If not, let the compressor re-pressurise/
refer to the compressor instruction manual.
The air ratchet does not perform effectively.
- Check that the Forward/Reverse Button is set to the correct
direction.
- Check to see if the ratchet has become jammed. Air leaks and the
absence of the ratchet sound are indications that the tool is jammed.
Lighly tap the head of the ratchet on the ground or working surface.
Alternatively toggle the Forward/Reverse Button.
- Check that the pressure on the air compressor is within the
operating range of the tool. If not, let the compressor re-pressurise/
refer to the compressor instruction manual.
The air chisel does not perform effectively.
- Check that the Air Regulator is not fully tightened. Try selecting a
higher setting.
- Check that the Air Inlet is free of any dirt or blockages.
- Check that the pressure on the air compressor is within the
operating range of the tool. If not, let the compressor re-pressurise/
refer to the compressor instruction manual.
Inline Mini Oiler
The Inline Mini Oiler can be used to lubricate the Air Impact Wrench,
Air Ratcher, and Air Chisel during prolonged use.
Note:
For applications that do not require prolonged use, oil can be
directly applied to the inlet of the tool; refer to ‘
Lubricating AIr Tools
’
in the Maintenance section.
1. Remove the Phillips head
screw from the Oiler and fill
the chamber with oil using the
supplied Oil Pot.
2. Replace the screw.
3. Attach the Inline Mini Oiler
between the tool and Male
Nitto Connector.

WITH THE BLOW GUN OR AIR CHUCK.

attaching it between the tool and
Air Hose.
