Designed for cutting PVC and Aluminum profiles
General Features:

Performs double side precision cutting of PVC and Aluminum profiles in 45°- 90° angles
and in angles within these ranges

Machine provides automatic adjustment in 45°- 90° angles and easy adjustment in the
angles within these ranges

High precision movement system with servo motor ( +/-0,1mm )


500 step memory capacity including quantity and dimension of cuts

Automatic cutting program for profiles longer than 4 m

Aluminum wedge slicing program

Multiple language support

Left head is fixed and right head is movable

Ability to operate single or double head

Unit that supports profile between cutting heads

Conveyor system on the movable head to carry profiles

Adjustable cutting speed

Diamond saw diameter: 450 mm

Saw outlet distance is 148 mm and provides cutting ability for double 70 profiles

Secure cutting covers operate automatically with the pneumatic system

Specially designed shaving exhaust outlets

Full safety against occupational accidents
