*Note: The switch does not include the optional rack mount kit, it must be purchased
separately

2.5 Desktop Installation

The POE-FSH8PW PoE Switch has four rubber pads attached on each corner of its
underside. These pads serve as cushioning against vibration and prevent the switch from
sliding off its position. They also allow adequate ventilation space when you place the
switch on top of another device.
