REMOVE THE DRAIN PLUG
(1) With the meter in place, drain the flowmeter and
then remove the meter from the piping assembly.
For the internal capacity of flowmeter, see
page 30.

(2) Take off hex socket head bolts (117) at the rear
and remove two bearing blind covers (105).
Receive residual process fluid which runs down
from the bearing assemblies in a suitable
receptacle, such as an oil pan.

(3) Owing hex wrench, unbolt four hex bolts (114)
holding the register assembly in place.
(4) Holding the register assembly in both hands,
carefully separate it. Separate the front blind
covers in the same way as in step (2).
