Pizza Stone S + M
No natural stone can withstand the enormous temperature fl uctuations of a gas burner, it will break or crack. For this reason we have decided
to produce this baking stone which is composed mainly of silicium, aluminium and magnesium. It can therefore be used without any health
concerns. Thanks to its special composition, the baking stone has the ability to extract humidity from the baking goods (pizza, bread etc.) and
therefore a pizza for instance becomes especially crunchy.
TIPS FOR TURNING THE PIZZA STONE
You can use both sides of the Pizza Stone (see instructions for use).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Prior to its fi rst use, heat up the Pizza Stone and sprinkle it with salt. Leave it for about 15 minutes to infuse (extracts humidity from the stone).
Occasionally repeat this procedure after frequent use of the Pizza Stone.
