USING COFFEE PADS
PREPARING CAPPUCCINO
WATER HEATING (FOR TEA AND ETC.)
E.S.E. coffee pads standard – is a system,
accepted by the leading manufacturers of
coffee pads for a quick and easy prepara
-
tion of espresso. It is recommended to use
pads manufactured according to the ESE
standard. Marking is on the package.
1. Preheat the coffee machine, like described in items
1 - 6.
2. Place the filter for coffee pads into the filter holder.
Make sure it is installed correctly.
3. Place the pad into the filter, Pic. D-9. It is recommend
-
ed to follow the instructions on the coffee pad’s pack.
4. Install the filter holder into the brew unit.
5. Take a preheated cup and place it under the filter hold
-
er’s spout
6. Make sure the indication is lit (not flashing) and press
button to make coffee. Coffee will start pouring
from the coffee outlet.
7. Wait for the coffee preparation to finish and remove
the filter holder. Remove the used pad and filter from
it.

cording to items 1-10.
2. Turn the steam control switch into the position, Pic.

position for 4-5 seconds to release steam,
and return the switch back.

lit continuously when the device is ready to use.

3. Take a container or a cup with liquid that needs to be
heated. Place the cup under the steam pipe. Immerse
the pipe into the liquid for about 2 cm.
4. Gradually turn the steam control switch to

position.
Maximum recommended steam release time is
no more than 1,5 min.
If the steam pressure/ jet decreases, turn the switch to
the
position and wait till the button stops flash
-
ing. Repeat these steps if necessary.
5. After reaching the required temperature, stop the
steam release by turning the switch clockwise to
I
po-
sition. Take the cup with heated liquid.
Clean the steam pipe after every use. Follow
the instructions to avoid getting burned.
1. To change the volume of the prepared coffee, place 1
or 2 cups under the filter holder’s spout and press and
hold
or
button for 3 seconds. Coffee will
start to flow from the coffee outlet when you release
the button.
2. Press the

. button again. Coffee will stop
flowing into the cup. The volume of prepared coffee
will be programmed for later use.
To return to the factory settings, press and hold two
buttons
and
simultaneously for 3 seconds.
The
button indication will be absent.
NOTE:
If you want to make coffee after whipping milk, it
is necessary to cool the boiler, otherwise the coffee will
burn.
NOTE:
To remove the filter from the holder, you may use
the measuring spoon or any other filter, Pic. D-8.
3. Take a separate container and pour approximately
90-100 ml. of milk for one portion of cappuccino. Note,
that in the preparation process milk will increase by
about 2-3 times.
Milk must be cooled.
4. Place the container with milk under the pipe to make
cappuccino, Pic. D-11.
5. Immerse the pipe into the milk for about 2 cm, turn the
steam control switch counterclockwise to
+
position
(~for 1-1,5 min). Milk will increase in size and will be
-
come cream-like.
Maximum recommended steam release time is no
more than 1,5 min.
6. When the milk is doubled in size, continue to heat it
up. Ideal temperature is 60°С. After reaching the re
-
quired temperature, stop the steam release by turning
the switch clockwise to
I
position.
7. Pour the whipped milk into the cup with coffee. If nec
-
essary, add sugar to your taste and sprinkle milk foam
with cocoa powder or chocolate.

small splashing of hot water may occur. In
addition, the pipe reaches high temperatures.
