NOTICE
Use of incorrect power supply unit/battery charger
Damage to product due to incorrect voltage, current or polarity.
► Use only power supply units/battery chargers approved for
this product by Ottobock (see instructions for use and cata­
logues).
The following points must be observed when charging the battery:
•
The capacity of a fully charged battery is sufficient for an aver­
age day's use.
• We recommend charging the product once a day when used by
the patient on a daily basis.
6.2 Inserting the battery into the battery receptacle
► Insert the battery in the battery receptacle and allow to engage.
INFORMATION: The electrical contact will be established
by engaging the battery.
→ When inserting/engaging the battery, a capacity indicator
is activated on the battery for a few seconds (see
Page 23).
6.3 Removing the battery from the battery receptacle
1) Push the engaging lever of the battery receptacle forward.
2) Remove the battery from the battery receptacle.
7 Cleaning and Care
1) Clean the product with a damp cloth and mild soap (e.g.
453H10=1-N Ottobock Derma Clean) when needed.
Ensure that no liquid penetrates into the system component(s).
2) Dry the product with a lint-free cloth and allow it to air dry fully.
