Cover Page — Patient Information
The
Patient Information
page includes patient demographics, medications, indications, and
monitor information. In addition, this page may contain a number of fields customized by the
system administrator.

Edit or enter the appropriate information as necessary.
To confirm the patient demographics:

Right-click an open area on the
Patient Information
page.

Select
Confirm Patient Demographics
from the menu.

Enter your
User ID
and
Password
and click
OK
. Once you confirm patient demographics, you
will not be able to edit most demographic fields.
Note:
To unconfirm previously confirmed patient demographics, right-click any open area on the
Patient Information page, select Unconfirm Patient Demographics, and enter your User ID
and Password. Click OK.

to go to the next page in the report.
