MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION
NOTE:
The following numbers correspond to those in Figure 1-1.,
Maintenance and Lubrication Diagram.
LUBRICATION INTERVALS ARE BASED ON MACHINE OPERATION UNDER NOR-
MAL CONDITIONS. FOR MACHINES USED IN MULTI-SHIFT OPERATIONS AND/
OR EXPOSED TO HOSTILE ENVIRONMENTS OR CONDITIONS, LUBRICATION
FREQUENCIES MUST BE INCREASED ACCORDINGLY.
NOTE:
It is recommended as a good practice to replace all filters at
the same time.

Interval - Every 3 months or 150 hrs of operation
Comments - Remote Access

Capacity - 17 oz. (0.5 L) - 1/2 Full
Lube - EPGL
Interval - Check level every 3 months or 150 hrs of
operation; change every 2 years or 1200 hours of
operation
Comments - Place Fill port at 12 o’clock position and
Check port at 3 o’clock position. Pour lubricant into fill
port until it just starts to flow out of check port.
