Figure 24-B: Clearance between the anti-tips and the ground.
If the floor-to-seat height or the rear wheel size has been
changed, the anti-tips must be adjusted to an approximate
clearance of 1 3/4 in. between the bottom of the roller and the
ground.
For your safety, the anti-tips must be properly engaged in and
the spring-loaded buttons must protrude from the adjustment
holes.
