The startup Time Constant used for the PTP servo before
the servo has synchronized.
Range: 1 to 2147483647
Quality Threshold(ns)

Maximum variation allowed in the sync and delay request
direction, respectively, before packets are ignored.

Select Timing Frequency Output: 1544 kHz, 2048 kHz, and
