If “Current detection” is set to YES and the fault point is
detected during the 10 cycles after the closing of a switch,
the neutral current is checked to see if it is higher than the
setting “neutral minimum current after closing”. If it is, it
means that there is an Inrush and current pre-fault values
of zero are used, in order to avoid the inrush distortion in
those measurements.
These parameters of the protection are programmed using
the communication with the SIPCON protection console.

in the following figure:
