6. GUARANTEE
CERTIFICATE

This appliance has undergone severe testing by the manufacturer according to international standards. We are therefore certain
of its quality. Nevertheless, should a bad performance occur please apply to an authorized Assistance Center that will intervene
using original spare parts.
Attention: in order to benefit from the guarantee, in case of intervention, you must show the technician this certificate as well as
a sales document (receipt, invoice) proving the date the appliance was purchased.
Important: please keep the original box in which the appliance was contained for 15 days from the date of purchase.
Guarantee conditions (according to ANIE norms)

The Guarantee is valid for 24 months starting from the day the appliance was bought and that must be however proven by
a receipt, invoice or other equivalent document, given at the moment of purchase.

In case this present Certificate and/or receipt - invoice is not shown (thus being unable to prove date of purchase), all repair
costs will be borne by the user.

The manufacturer is not responsible for the loss of Certificates and cannot issue duplicates.

A Guarantee is intended as the right to free substitution or repair of appliance parts confirmed as faulty directly due to
manufacturing defects.

The Guarantee does not cover aesthetical parts or all parts proving defect as a result of negligence or due to wrong usage,
installation or maintenance, or to maintenance performed by non authorized personnel, or to transportation made without
the required precautions, and also to circumstances that cannot be related to manufacturing defects of the appliance.

The Guarantee does not also cover service regarding installation, connection to the antenna or power supply.

The manufacturer is not responsible for any eventual damage that can directly or indirectly affect people or things due to the
non observance of what indicated in the Instructions Manual, and the like, especially regarding warnings for installation,
usage and maintenance of the appliance.

The appliance will be repaired in one of the laboratories authorized by the manufacturer. Costs and transportation risks to
and from the above laboratories will be borne by the buyer.

After 24 months from purchase, the appliance is no longer under Guarantee and assistance will be given charging the buyer
with the entire cost (including manpower, spare parts and transportation) according to the fares in force.

Any form of guarantee is no longer valid 3 years after the product is no longer brought on the official list.
