When the fuel gauge on the meter panel is close to the [E] position, please refuel as
soon as possible.
Do not fill the fuel above the middle line of the filter. It leads to dangerous fuel leaks on
slopes or uneven road surfaces. Leaked fuel is discharged through the drain hose to the
bottom. However, please wipe the spilled fuel clean.
After refueling, please tighten the fuel cap.
Move the fuel valve lever to the [OPEN] position.
Lock the brake stopper while stepping on the brake pedal.
If the shift lever is below the neutral [N] position, it will
return to the neutral [N] position.
Confirm the blade clutch lever is in the [OFF] position, and
the cutting height adjustment lever is all the way up in
position. The blade clutch lever is connected to the cutting
height adjustment lever only when the cutting height
adjustment lever is all the way in the up position. The
blade clutch lever will be moved back to the [OFF] position
if the cutting height adjustment lever is all the way up.
After confirming that the shift lever is in the neutral
[N] position, pull the choke lever.
Place the throttle lever in the intermediate position;
between [LOW] and [HIGH].

Insert the key to the engine switch; the engine will be
started by turning the key from the [DRIVE] position to
the [START] position.

Release your hand from the ignition immediately after
the engine starts. It returns to the [DRIVE] position
automatically.
If the engine has been warmed up, this operation is not
needed.
