However, engaging the differential lock on flat land will increase the turn
radius too much, and could cause damage to the tires or the transmission.
(10) Parking Brake Pedal:
If you fully depress the pedal in an emergency situation, the machine will stop and the
shift lever will go back to the [NEUTRAL / N] position. Please always be sure to shift
using the shift lever. If you lock with the brake stopper while engaging the pedal, the
emergency lock will become engaged. If you depress the pedal deeper, the lock will be
released.

If the brake pedal is not fully depressed, the engine will not start.

(11) Blade Exchange Cover:
Used only for inspecting or changing the knife. At all other times please keep the cover
closed.
Make sure the cover is closed during operation.
If the cover is open during operation,
stones or other objects may be thrown and cause serious injury.
(12) Seat (Seat Suspension and Seat Slide
Functions)
:
For safety reasons, always be seated when
the engine is on. The seat position can be
adjusted by the loosening the locking knob
and turning it back and forth.
The seat suspension can be adjusted by the
strength of the spring force of the
suspension adjustment bolt. The right turn is
stronger and the left turn is weaker.

After the engine has started it will be
stopped for safety reasons, if the operator
leaves the seat, if the cutting height
adjustment lever is down, or the parking
brake is not engaged
