COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS
TIME /500M & AVE TIME/500M & TIME & REST TIME

Display range: 00:00 ~ 99:59 (MINUTES : SECONDS)

TIME/500M is the estimated time to reach 500M based on your current stroke rate
-
AVE TIME/500M is the average time needed to reach 500M accumulated throughout your entire
workout
-
TIME is the TIME of the day, it is based on 00:00 ~ 24:00 format. Will only display during IDLE mode.

REST TIME is the rest time set and countdown in INTERVAL programs.
SPLIT TIME/500M & SPLIT CAL
-
Display range: 00:00~99:59 , 0~9999
-
Display the average TIME/500M on your current split.
-
Display the accumulated calories on your current split.
SPLIT (XX):
-
Display range: 0~35
-
Split is shown in workout summary and in MEMORY mode.
-
When SPLIT displays 0 it means no split is done and is the total workout data.
IV. PROGRAMS
The Console Monitor has eight programs: QUICK START, TIME (countdown), DISTANCE (countdown),
CALORIES (countdown), INTERVAL PROGRAMS of Time, Distance, and calories, and MEMORY mode..
Press “Select” to change workout program according to the following sequence: Quick Start Distance
Time Calories Time Interval Distance Interval Calorie Interval Memory Mode
For Quick Start and all programs, press “
DISPLAY”
button to choose the data displayed in the same
display window. Or let it scan between every 5 seconds.
Press “
STOP
” button once to stop counting, CALORIES and WATT value with display 0. Press “
STOP
”
button again and computer will show your workout summary. Press “
STOP
” button again in workout
summary to save workout into memory mode and enter back into IDLE mode.
Note: QUICK START’s workout summary will not be saved into memory mode.
1. QUICK START PROGRAM

To Quick Start the program, you can pull on the Handlebar to start. All function values for the console
will count up. You can start Quick Start in either POWER OFF or IDLE mode by just start rowing.

Quick Start mode will have a summary of the workout when you hit STOP, but it will not be saved into
MEMORY mode.
