into the back of the
CONSOLE MONITOR(19a)

CELL PHONE BRACKET HOLDER(129)

and tighten
PHILIPS HEAD SCREW, ST4.2x10mm (75).
Then attach
CELL PHONE BRACKET (20)
by using
RUBBER BAND (21).
