ATTENTION!! Read the Glue manual before using.
2. Using O•Matrix Glue Applicator squeeze out a small amount of the O•Matrix Glue and
hardener on to the bottom of the matrix, then mix it together with a small palette knife
and spread a thin layer over the entire surface. Scrape of the excess glue with the palette
knife then clean it with a paper towel right away.
3. Place the matrix on to the either the O.MATRIX BASE MP/MP02/GP5/GP4/IP (Dig. 9A) or the
O.MATRIX BASE MP02/GP5 (Dig. 9B) plate in a central position and parallel to the bottom.
4. Now take the glued unit, and put it face down on to a 2 mm thick piece of cardboard and
place it in the centre of the print bed under the heater.
ATTENTION!!
Ensure that the matrix, logo or text is parallel to the bottom edge and in the
middle of the O.MATRIX BASE MP/MP02/GP5/GP4/IP (Dig. 9A) or the O.MATRIX BASE MP02/GP5
(Dig. 9B) plate.
5. Set the heater temperature to between 120 - 130°C
6. After the bleep, the device is ready, gently lower the heater to the glued unit and leave it
for 9 minutes. This procedure improves the quality of bonding and significantly shortens
the setting time of the glue.
7. After 9 minutes, lift the handle, remove the cardboard with glued unit and
leave it for 10 - 15 minutes to cool down.

8. Glued unit is now ready for installation.
9a. When a matrix is glued to a O.MATRIX BASE MP02 / GP5 plate (Dig. 9B), insert the glued
set into the O.MASTER FRAME GP 5 and place it on the heater.
9b. When a matrix is glued to a O.MATRIX BASE MP / MP5 / GP5 / GP4 / IP plate (Dig. 9A), screw
the plate to the O.SCREW MATRIX BASE MP02 / GP5 plate (using M4 screws), insert set to
O.MASTER FRAME GP 5 and place it on the heater.
Note!
The heating up time of a matrix depends on its size and can vary from 5 to 10
minu tes. Check the LED display temperature is ok, it is necessary to make a test print
to ensure good quality.
Attaching the matrix by screws:
If the matrix has special holes, it can be screws directly to O. SCREW MATRIX BASE MP02 / GP5
plate, and then insert set to O.MASTER FRAME GP 5 and place it on the heater.
