When adjusting the objective lens to close the axis, follow the steps below
:
1.
Use the active selection and fast scan mode to create a “feature point” on
the Figure image.
2.
Select a range of about 5000 times the low magnification; click the wobbler
button to observe the movement of the image.
3.
Adjust the knob of the objective lens in both directions so that the image
does not shift or move to a minimum.
4.
Select a high magnification to 50,000 times and click the wobbler button to
observe the movement of the image.
5.
Adjust the knob of the objective lens in both directions so that the image
does not shift or move to the minimum.
。
When replacing the objective lens, rotate the knob of the objective lens to
rotate in the radial direction (clockwise rotation inward, counterclockwise
rotation outward), let the indicator line correspond to the corresponding position,
and then follow the steps of adjusting the objective lens to close the axis. ,
adjust the newly replaced objective lens to close the shaft.
Adjusting the objective lens to match the axis requires multiple exercises
and accumulation of experience, especially in the process of obtaining high-
resolution images.
If the objective lens does not have a hinge, the image is difficult to focus
clearly, and the astigmatism is large. When observing the high-magnification
Figure image, the effect is more obvious.

Image Focusing
Adjusting the current of the objective lens can change the excitation of the
objective lens package to focus the electron beam on the surface of the sample.
If the focusing current of the objective lens is different, the focal length of the
objective lens is different, so that the magnification is different, and the
operating software can automatically correct the magnification according to the
objective current value.
In the process of image focusing, the functions of the following parts are
usually used interchangeably, which makes it easier for the operator to obtain
images.

Changing the scanning method
Scanning methods include regular scanning, active selection scanning,
line scanning, point scanning, double magnification scanning, and figure image
segmentation scanning. Common scans and active selection scans are
common.
。
1.
General scan
2.
Activity area selection
3.
Line scan
4.
Point scan
