Overview 

In the case of an 

i-

NVR Elite system, you install the Witness MU component on one or more 

client machines. In the case of an 

i-

NVR Compact system, you generally install Witness MU 

on the 

i-

NVR Compact machine itself, though you can use client machines as well. 

 
Using client machines involves installing and configuring additional software on each 
individual client. For details, see the
