5.2.2. Selecting the network adapter for the
i
-NVR software
To assign the correct network adapter to the
i-
NVR applications
1.
In the
C:\Program Files\Neurodynamics\WitViewControl\
NetworkAdapterSelector
folder, run the
NetworkAdapterSelector.exe
file.
2.
In the Adapter Description list, click the correct network adapter.
3.
Check all the boxes in the section labelled Select connections that will use this adapter,
as shown in figure 5.5 below.

5.2.3. Selecting the network adapter for MX Configuration Tool
If you did not encounter the MX Network Selector dialog, or skipped it, when setting up
MX Configuration Tool, you will need to choose an adapter for the MX software at this point.
To select a network adapter for MX applications
1.
From the Start Menu, choose
All Programs > MX > Tools
,
and then click
Select network
interface
.
2.
In the MX Network Selector dialog box, select the network adapter to be used by MX
applications.
