Maintain current valve position

Hold on current valve position
When ESD is actived, actuator will run to
target valve position of P3.13 preset
regardless the protection or other control
signal set.
Inner dead zone adjust. If actuator
responds too frequently, increase the
resolution of inner dead zone control.
If actuator has error, actuator will not
respond to control commands (except ESD),
the numerical number on the screen shows
current error serial number. the number is
greater than 1, use and to scroll.
If actuator has alarm messages, actuator
will still respond to control commands
(except ESD), the numerical number on the
screen shows current alarm serial number.
If the number is greater than 1, use and
to scroll.
