LEDs:
1 green for operation, and communication/blinking
1 red for alarm/failure
Actuator has three buttons, each button in different state has different function.
Local operating mode (when mode selector switch turn to LOC position), and their functions are defined
as: local valve opening (hold or short press), STOP (short press) and local valve closing (hold or short
press. see Page 53).
