Write Variable Area
This service writes data to a variable area.

(1) Variable Type and Write Start Address
The definitions are different for each product.
(2) Bit Position
The S8AS does not support bit access. Fixed at “00.”

Note The “command too long” error does not occur with the Write Variable Area
command.
If data is written up to the number of elements specified in the service request
PDU, the error is processed as a number of elements/data mismatch error.

mal completion” (hexadecimal display).
