ERR LED Indicator
The Error LED (ERR) indicates the presence and type of an error within your IPC Machine Controller.
Color Status Meaning
Red Not lit
•
The 24 VDC power is not supplied
•
No error is present
Blinking
•
Fan Error
•
Battery low
Lit
•
Thermal shutdown
•
Watchdog Error
• Power Supply Undervoltage Error
•
Power Supply Overvoltage Error
•
Power supply defective
•
Machine Controller Error

HDD LED Indicator
The Hard Disk Drive LED (HDD) indicates activity of the HDD or SSD.
Color Status Meaning
Yellow Flickering The HDD or SSD is active.
RUN LED Indicator
The RUN LED indicates the status of the Machine Controller Software.
Color Status Meaning
Green Not lit Machine Controller Software is not active. Operation is
stopped in PROGRAM mode when a Machine Control-
ler Software reset is in progress, or when any of the
following errors occurs.
•
Controller error in the major fault level
•
CPU error (WDT error)
Blinking Machine Controller Software is initializing.
Lit Machine Controller Software active and in RUN mode.
