Correct Touchscreen Functionality
The touchscreen functionality can have several unwanted situations.
(1) With one display:
• No touch response
Refer to Correct Touchscreen Functionality with No Touch Response on page 7 - 23 for de-
tails.
• The touch response is at a different position than the actual touch
Refer to Calibrate Touchscreen on page 7 - 24 for details.
(2) With more than one display:
When other monitors are connected it is possible the touch actions on the touchscreen monitor
show a response on another monitor.

Correct Touchscreen Functionality with No Touch Response
When the touchscreen functionality is not functional, check:
• Water present on the display surface.
Wipe the display surface with a dry lint free cloth.
• When using gloves, ensure to use gloves that had no problems when the touch functionality was
functional.
