Create a ladder diagram program.
PULS(65): For setting the number of pulses.
SPED(64): For pulse output control without acceleration and deceleration.
INI(61): For stopping pulse outputs and changing the pulse output PV.
PRV(62): For reading the pulse output PV and status.
